Gamescom ist Gastgeber des Gwent-Turniers

CD Projekt became the organizers of Gwent: The Witcher Card Game championship: that will take place on Gamescom exhibition on August 25 – 26 of this year. In general, 8 esportsmen will participate in the event, and the general prize pool will be about $25,000.

Seven participants of the tournament will be announced on August 1, after the ladder cup, and the last participant will be determined on August 24 on Gwent stage. Current, the format of the event, and also prize pool distribution are unknown.

We will remind you that CD Projekt have already hosted championship for this esports discipline. Adrian «EG.Lifecoach» Koy was the winner of the event, and took a half of the prize pool that was $100,000.
