"Baldur's Gate 3" is an adventure role-playing game developed by Larian Studios. In addition to significant performance improvements and changes to the user interface, the latest Patch 2 introduced a new epilogue scene for a character named Karlah, and work on concluding scenes for other characters is also ongoing.

Furthermore, the patch included additional moments with the character Karlah in Acts 1 and 2, allowing for a deeper exploration of her infernal engine and the options available to her.

Last week, the studio released the first major patch for Baldur's Gate 3, which addressed over 1,000 issues, performed balancing adjustments, fixed streaming problems, and much more, according to the studio's statement.

Baldur's Gate 3 will be released on PS5 on September 6th, and the Xbox version will be available later this year after the removal of split-screen functionality on Series S.

In an interview with IGN, Tom Butler, Larian's Senior Product Manager, mentioned that the studio is discussing the possibility of expanding Baldur's Gate 3 with downloadable content, but currently, their main focus is on releasing the console version and improving the core game.

"We will continue to release patches for some time, and then we will all take a break and decide what to do next," he said. "But at the moment, we are really having discussions. We want to do more. We just don't know exactly what yet."
