Leatherface Joins Fortnite: How to Get This Terrifying New Skin

Another iconic horror character has made their way into the Fortnite Item Shop, and this time it's the legendary and chilling Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. This gruesome character brings his chainsaw to Fortnite, adding possibly the most terrifying killer yet to the game in celebration of both Fortnitemares 2024 and the 50th anniversary of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974).

Naturally, Fortnite has toned down some of the more horrific aspects of Leatherface’s character. While he doesn’t wear the skin of his victims, his outfit still evokes the creepy essence of this horror icon, making it one skin best avoided for those who don’t want to meet the same fate as Peely.

How to Get Leatherface in Fortnite

• Price: 1,500 V-Bucks for the Outfit/ 2,500 V-Bucks for the Bundle

Leatherface will be available in the Fortnite Item Shop starting October 25 at 8 PM ET. Players can find two options for purchasing this horror icon: the Leatherface Outfit alone or the Leatherface Bundle. The outfit alone costs 1,500 V-Bucks, adding this terrifying skin to your locker. The bundle, available for 2,500 V-Bucks, includes five items and offers a discount compared to purchasing each item individually, which would cost 3,200 V-Bucks.

• Leatherface Outfit - 1,500 V-Bucks
• Prized Peel Back Bling - Peely's face nailed to a broken frame, reactive and eerie (included with Leatherface)
• Chainsaw Pickaxe - 1,000 V-Bucks if purchased separately
• Chainsaw Dance Emote - included with the Chainsaw Pickaxe
• Unpeel’d Wrap - 500 V-Bucks

Leatherface will haunt the Item Shop until October 31 at 8 PM ET, giving players plenty of time to grab this iconic Halloween skin and terrorize their way through Fortnitemares 2024!
