Tencent Announces Light of Motiram – A Blend of Palworld and Horizon

Tencent has unveiled its latest title, Light of Motiram, which, according to renowned analyst Daniel Ahmad, combines elements of the survival game Palworld and Guerrilla Games’ Horizon series.

What to Expect in Light of Motiram?

Players will explore a vast open world filled with colossal robotic creatures, build their own base, develop technologies, tame mechabeasts, and challenge formidable bosses.

Locations in the game range from tropical jungles to arid deserts, each home to unique species of mechabeasts. The game also incorporates classic survival mechanics, including resource gathering, crafting, and food preparation.

The construction system features realistic physics, requiring players to carefully plan the placement of every beam and structure.

Combat and Mechabeasts

The combat system combines player skill in dodging and counterattacking with the ability to coordinate with tamed mechabeasts. The game offers over 100 types of mechabeasts, each with distinct roles:

• Assisting with resource gathering
• Supporting in combat
• Customizable abilities to enhance their performance

Players can personalize their mechabeasts, turning them into powerful allies tailored to their playstyle.

Game Modes and Platforms

Light of Motiram supports both solo gameplay and online co-op for up to 10 players, making it perfect for playing with friends.
