In the early stages of your journey in Fallout London, you’ll likely assist the Vagabonds with a quest that initially seems straightforward: repairing a radio. However, this task quickly evolves into a multi-part adventure where you must gather various items for the group's members. The quest culminates in tracking down a Crystalline Photon Agitator.

"Bullettooth" Anthony, a member of the Vagabond Faction, won't let you use his workbench as he's in the process of reassembling a laser weapon. He's missing a vital component—a Crystalline Photon Agitator—and asks you to find one. While you can buy it from a trader, and you've previously visited a merchant who stocks it, there's a free one available a short distance south of the Swan and Mitre.

Buying a Crystalline Photon Agitator

Fortunately, this component is relatively easy to purchase from traders. Nadia, the trader you encountered earlier in the quest, usually has one in stock. If you'd prefer not to revisit Nadia, you might try your luck with other traders in the game, such as those in Thameshaven or other settlements throughout London. Thameshaven is a good early option, although you’ll need to resolve their pest problem before you can trade there.

Finding a Crystalline Photon Agitator (Recommended)

A Crystalline Photon Agitator can be found in the game world without much difficulty. Head south from the Swan and Mitre until you reach Bromley. At the location indicated on the map, you'll find an abandoned shop called Wolfy's. Inside, the item is conveniently highlighted by a lamp to draw your attention. Once you have it, return to "Bullettooth" Anthony to hand it over and proceed with the quest.
